Cancellation policy

We realize that sometimes customers may need to adjust or cancel their orders. We offer the following conditions for modifying or canceling orders:

Customers have the right to modify/cancel orders within 24 hours of successful ordering. Outside of this time frame, any request to cancel or change an order will not be accepted as the order will be locked for processing and sent to the carrier.

To modify/cancel an order, please follow these steps:
Collect necessary information, including order email, order number (included in the order confirmation email), and specific requests to modify or cancel the order.
Send your request with the information provided to our email.

We will promptly process and respond to your request, aiming for a maximum processing time of 2 business days from receipt of your email.

Please note that refunds usually take 5-10 business days. However, it's important to note that certain banks may require additional time to complete the refund process.
