Return and Refund Policy

At Homerugstyle, we are committed to providing a great shopping experience with our carpet products. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible return policy within 30 days from the date of delivery, ensuring your satisfaction.

1. Conditions for return.
To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following criteria:
Remaining with the seal, unused, not satisfied with the product.
Including full product labels, accessories (if any) and original packaging.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (order code, electronic invoice).
The product cannot be returned if:
The product has been used, installed or damaged due to customer error.
Missing original packaging, product labels or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your return reason and order number.
Confirm your request: We will review your request within 24 business hours and send you a confirmation email if approved.

Return the product:
If approved, we will provide a free return shipping label via email (in case of our error).
Pack the product carefully according to the instructions and send it to the address we provide.
Inspect the product: We will inspect the product within 3 business days of receipt. If the product does not meet the conditions, we will contact you to arrange a return (you may be responsible for shipping costs).

3. Returns Cost
Free returns:
For products that are defective due to manufacturing, damaged during shipping or not as described on the website.
We cover all shipping and handling costs.
Customer-paid returns:
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong purchase, dissatisfaction, change of mind).

4. Exchanges

Returns Cost:

5. Refunds
Processing time: If the return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days of confirming the product is eligible.

Shipping policy

Below are details of our shipping process, delivery times, fees and order tracking.

1. Processing and delivery times
Production time: 2–5 working days, depending on product type and customisation requirements.
Shipping time: 10–15 working days after order is dispatched.
Estimated total time: 12–20 working days from order date.
Note:
This time is for standard delivery within the UK.
"Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays).
Some orders may require additional time due to special requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery areas and delivery charges
Delivery areas: We offer nationwide delivery across the UK. International shipping is currently unavailable.
Shipping costs: Free for all orders.
Shipping partners: We work with trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce to ensure safe and timely delivery. Note: If you are in a remote or difficult to reach area (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands), please contact us to confirm delivery status.
